Velmori — Terms of Service

Welcome to Velmori. By accessing or purchasing from velmori.in ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us Velmori sells authentic designer fragrance decants and samples, operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at shop.velmori@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 95298 91979.

2. Our Products All fragrances sold by Velmori are decanted from genuine, retail-purchased designer bottles into smaller atomizers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands whose fragrances we decant. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the product contained in each decant.

3. Orders & Acceptance Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping We ship across India via Delhivery and Blue Dart. Orders are processed within 2 business days and a tracking link is shared on dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or location factors. (See our Shipping Policy for details.)

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the hygiene and safety nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery. (See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.)

7. Product Use & Safety Fragrances are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, flames, and the reach of children. Decants are flammable and should be stored away from heat and direct sunlight.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including text, logos, and images created by Velmori — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Velmori is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
