Returns & Refunds Due to the hygiene and safety nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery. (See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.)
